Return Policy for Pinetree

We make it easy for you to return your products. You have 30 days to return unused products. Please have your order number handy—it can be found in your order confirmation. It starts with two letters followed by four to six digits and may look like this: SE1234.

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different size or type of golf ball, return the product and place a new, separate order for the desired size or golf ball.

   3.2 If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

   4.3 Please note that we only refund the price of the product itself and not any shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
